Two days of competition to find the fittest teams of 3 in Denver
Triple Threat is a 2 day competition in Denver run by CrossFit Cherry Creek. On June 6th and 7th, teams of 3 will gather to compete in 4 workouts testing strength, endurance, and teamwork.

$270 per team, limited to 48 teams per division; 24 male, 24 female

You can substitute an athlete up until check-in on the day of the event. Please note they will receive the tee/tank ordered by the original participant.

The Open division is for the average CrossFitter who might not be completely at prescribed weights yet but is RX at least 50% of the time. View movements and maximum weights below.
The RX division is designed for the above average CrossFitter who is always prescribed and among the top scores at their gym. View movements and maximum weights below:

Competition Layout
Teams of 3 (all men or all women) will complete 4 workouts throughout the day: 3 scheduled workouts and 1 floater. Saturday will be the Open Division, Sunday will be the RX Division. Every team will do every workout, there will be no cuts. Since it is a team competition, not every member needs to be able to do every movement or weight, but the top teams will need to be well-rounded in all movements and weights.
